California Notarial Fees
Notarial Fees in Accordance with California Law
Notarial fees are charged in accordance with California statutory limits.
- AcknowledgmentUp to $15 per notarized signature
- JuratUp to $15 per notarization
- Oath / AffirmationUp to $15 per person
Certain notarial services may have different statutory fee limits or no notarial fee under California law. The applicable notarial fee will depend on the notarial act being performed.
Mobile / Travel Fee
Convenient Service at Your Location
Because N&M Elite Mobile Notary travels to the client, a separate Mobile / Travel Fee may apply in addition to the applicable notarial fee.
The Mobile / Travel Fee is quoted separately and may depend on:
- Location
- Travel Distance
- Appointment Time
- Parking
- After-Hours Requests
- Weekend or Holiday Appointments
- Special Appointment Requirements
The applicable Mobile / Travel Fee will be communicated before the appointment is confirmed.

Flexible Scheduling When You Need It
Same-day, evening, weekend, holiday, and after-hours appointments may be available by appointment and subject to availability.
Any additional fee associated with the requested appointment time will be disclosed and agreed upon in advance.
