Yes. The signer must personally appear before the notary as required for the California notarial act.

No. The appointment form is intended to collect the information needed to arrange your appointment. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, copies of identification documents, complete loan files, or other unnecessary sensitive information through the standard booking form.

Yes. N&M Elite Mobile Notary is a mobile service. We come to the client at an agreed location.

Extended travel may be available upon request. Availability and any applicable travel fee will be confirmed in advance.

The total cost may consist of the applicable California notarial fee plus a separate Mobile / Travel Fee.

Any applicable fees will be communicated and agreed upon before the notary travels to your appointment.

No. The Mobile / Travel Fee is separate from the statutory notarial fee.

Travel pricing may depend on location, distance, appointment time, parking, after-hours scheduling, and other appointment requirements.

Parking, tolls, or other applicable travel-related expenses may apply when necessary. Any such expenses will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

Loan Signing Services are quoted separately based on the type and scope of the signing appointment, location, travel requirements, and other applicable factors.
